My Portrait
Who am I ?
I’m Rozenn. Rozenn Georgeais. Born on Wednesday 12 March 1975 in St Brieuc, on a snowyday.
I worked as a nurse for over 20 years. Mainly in general medicine, oncology, palliative care and everything to do with physical disabilities. All departments where sharing is essential. I listened to life stories, fears, hopes, handed out tissues, tucked patients into bed, just stood there in silence.
After experiencing a burnout myself, then another, and finally a family burnout, I asked my self what would help me to feel better during this turbulent period. The idea for « Pendant ce temps-là… » was born.
I come to you, to give you practical help. Organisational support by taking care of everyday chores: tidying up, quick cleaning, help with administrative tasks, preparing a meal. During this time, you take time for yourself.
Then, when your living space is back under control, I suggest that we do an activity together to cleary our head, help you recharge your batteries, and express what needs to be heard (even and especially what is not usually heard). My tool box is almost as vast as Mary Poppins’ bag: (going for a walk, kneading dough to make cookies, hitting a punching bag, colouring, etc.) It’s up to you to pick out what feels good in the moment.
Contact me if you think I can help you.
